Privacy notice

How Subsea IC handles your details when you join the waitlist or contact us. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Who we are

Subsea IC is a company registered in Saint Lucia. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email us.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email address, what you told us you are interested in, and when and how you signed up and confirmed.
  • Emails we send: whether our emails are delivered, opened or clicked, so we can keep the list healthy and stop sending to people who are not reading.
  • If you email us: your email address, name and whatever you choose to include in your message.

We do not ask for payment details on this website. When the course launches, payments are handled by our checkout provider, which acts as the seller of record and has its own privacy notice.

Why we use it

  • To send you launch dates, the launch price and updates about the topics you chose.
  • To reply to your enquiries, including company licence and consulting requests.

For the waitlist, we rely on your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. For enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a small number of service providers who process it for us:

  • Kit (kit.com), which stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and keeps short-lived technical logs for security.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data leaves the UK or EU, they protect it with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. If you never open our emails, we remove you within 24 months of signing up. We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it. Email us and we will reply within one month. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

This website does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
